On March 27th we are excited to introduce guests to a night of traditional Italian meal known as Cena but with a little Gathered twist.

A Nine Course Traditional Italian Dinner

Appetizer: Glass of Prosecco served with marinated olives

Starter: Flat Bread Pizza – heirloom tomatoes, crusted burrata cheese, drizzled with balsamic vinegar glaze

First: Hand-rolled Triangoli stuffed pasta with infused sage and brown butter sauce

Second: Grilled Beef tenderloin, cultured butter, red wine jus

Side: Artichokes with parsley and preserved lemon pesto

Salad: Homestyle buttermilk salad with sugar snap peas and prosciutto

Cheese and Fruit: Italian cheese and seasonal fruit

Dessert: Camilla Infused Panna Cotta

Coffee: Cappuccino
