Welcome to our “meet the team” series. We’re so excited to be able to introduce you to our team members, we know you’ll love them as much as we do!

We love Nicole! She helps us keep things running and always brings laughter into the work we are doing. One of Nicole’s greatest talents is speaking up, it helps us run a smooth kitchen on event days! She is a mother to a sweet little boy and has recently started a business selling children’s clothing. A little about Nicole!

Nicole, if you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?

“Definitely donuts! That is a completely unrealistic and unsustainable answer but they have never let me down before!”

Most likely to binge watch?

” The Office! I don’t even want to know how many times I’ve seen it.” 

On your days off you’re most likely too…? 

“Go to a coffee shops, enjoy family time, or visit the mountains.” 

Favourite drink?

“Iced coffee or an Arnold Palmer” 

Afraid of?

“I wasn’t sure about this one so I asked my husband and he said “Anything that requires balance.” He is so right!” 

Someday I want to?

“Own property on a lake and/or own a cute little shop in a cute little town” 

Favourite thing about the Gathered? 

“You just can’t have a bad day when you’re at The Gathered. Even if problems come up while you’re working, you always leave happy and refreshed. Time and time again, I see how this holds true for everyone, guest or employee, who walks onto the property. The atmosphere, the views, the food and the sense of community always find a way to leave you in a better place than you were when you arrived!” 

Favourite Gathered donut flavour? 

“Classic vanilla icing. Tastes like nostalgia” 

Most proud of?

“The little life I have built for myself. I love my husband, our baby boy, our kitty cat and friends and family.”
